From simple to complex rubber fabrication, we build standard and custom sleeves (socks, tubes, connectors), belting, gaskets, o-rings (sealing rings), bumpers, pads and sheets. Our rubber materials list is an extensive inventory of elastomers (from natural rubber to various compounds): neoprene, white FDA, PVC, EPDM, silicone, pure gum, skirtboard and fabric inserted. Along with die-cutting, fabricating, drilling and splicing, our rubber parts capabilities fulfill a wide range of customer needs: durometers, materials for heat, abrasion, food grade, chemical applications, heat or cold tolerance, abrasion and tear resistance, large part vulcanization, bores, counterbores and countersinks, automated presses and unlimited sizes.
